StarTrails Consulting is looking Freshers or Experienced Sales / BD Persons to help acquire New Clients in HR Areas like Talent Acquisitions, HR Compliances, HR Consulting to StartUps and SMEs. We are One year Old organisation with 22 years of Rich HR Experience in managing Talent and HR Functions for World's leading MNCs and Japanese JVs in Two / Four Wheelers space.

 Virtual / Work From Home. Across India. Candidates should have proper Wifi broadband facility. Those with no broadband connections should not apply.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Sales and Marketing or BBA / B.Tech with fair understanding of HR Functions.You should be well conversant with Sales / BD Techniques.You should be well conversant with MS Office, Email Communication, MS Word editing. MS Teams.

 Freshers to 2 years. Working Timings: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm. Those not in position to give full 8 hours daily should not apply. You are supposed to only perform this assignment during the Training period or thereafter. Those presently pursuing their MBA /BTech Degrees should not apply.

Language proficiency: Highly developed / Excellent level in English (verbal and written both) .

Stipend: Rs 15,000 per month with eligibility of Rewards for each acquisition / onboarding of New Clients. (CTC With Incentive : Rs 2.5 Lac pa)

Minimum 4 Clients onboarding of new Clients (with live Contracts and Closure of Purchase Order / Signing of Contracts) is mandatory to qualify for Monthly Stipend. After minimum 6 Months Performance and Results on Client Acquisitions will qualify you to move to Salary Band of Rs 3 Lac including Performance Incentive p.a (CTC).This Internship will require full 8 hours (Mon-Sat). Those who are studying and or cannot give full 8 Hours daily should not apply.


1. Generate leads and contact corporate clients. This will be major requirement.

Regular Calling HR / Purchase Teams of leading Companies for Empanelment on daily basis
is mandatory. Please note that in the new Normal, reaching out to Corporate Clients, over a Phone Call might require some professionally innovative ways.

2. Successfully convert Virtual / Telephonic meetings/leads.

3. You should be knowing various Digital Marketing and about Social Media Marketing campaigns.

4. Extensively use the internet to generate leads and prepare database of prospective clientsCalling them on daily basis. Those not willing to do Cold Calling on daily basis should not apply.

5. Acquire new clients seeking HR services & hiring needs. As this is Work From Home (WFH) / Virtual Assignment, we want Go-getters with Self Initiative and little Monitoring. Performance and Results will be the key element of Reviews.
